Oslo shop installation31. December 2011Check out the fascinating installation "on" our Oslo shop by our architect friends; Julian Preiss and Paul la Tourelle. 50,000 mm elastic thread cones; red, yellow and pink, radiate from a street light outside the shop. The threads converge towards the shop's glass facade, cascading through it then 'illuminates' on the inside of the shop's window across the glass. 150,000 mm is designed to engage both the private and public space of the shop's interior and the street outside. The installation can be viewed at Kirkegt 20, Oslo. Photos by Steffen Aadland |

Knack Weekend Magazine31. July 2011"The unlimited enthusiasm of Alexander and co, reminds us of how the Antwerp Six, who also started out very small, established themselves in the international fashion scene by renting a container to show their work together in london. The same microbe to help and stimulate each other is spreading and growing between the creatives in Bergen today". Knack Weekend |

WHITE Homme - Milano02. August 2010
20th-22nd June Norwegian Rain exhibited at WHITE Homme Basement. A fashion trade fair in Milan.
Sensory perceptions based on growth
Norwegian Rain's stand at the White Show in Milan evolved during the 3 day period of the fair.
Down in the basement, T-Michael (bespoke tailor/designer) and Alexander Helle (creative director) decided to create a space that reflected their thoughts and ideas. A space that they hoped would have a pleasant effect on the visitors. Pulling them out of the stressful buying process and transporting them into a realm based on dreams and reality. A space that meant that the duo would enjoy the time in the basement rather than being stuck down there. Photos by Matteo Cherubino
